TheraMóvil ("we," "our," or "us") operates the mobile application Sticker Tracker - Pocket Album (the "App"). We are fully committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring a secure user experience. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our App.
By installing and using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
We do not collect any personally identifiable information (such as your name, email address, phone number, or account details). You can use all core features of the App anonymously without creating an account.
All data related to your sticker albums (including official pre-generated albums, manually created albums, category configurations, counts of completed, missing, or duplicate stickers) is saved locally on your device via an SQLite database and local preferences. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly share it using the App's native share features.
The App includes a trading/sharing system that allows users to swap checklists via QR codes. To use these features, the App may request access to:
Images processed by the scanner are analyzed locally on your device in milliseconds and are never uploaded, stored, or shared with us or any third party.
To support development, maintain the App, and provide specific functionalities, we integrate trusted third-party SDKs that may collect or process technical non-personal data under their own privacy policies:
Unless you upgrade to the Premium (Ad-Free) version through an In-App Purchase, the App displays banner advertisements powered by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use non-personal data, such as device identifiers (Advertising ID), IP addresses, and coarse location data to serve relevant, personalized or non-personalized ads and limit ad frequency. You can manage your ad personalization preferences directly within your device settings.
We use Google Analytics to understand how users interact with the App (e.g., tracking screen views such as "Seleccion_de_Albumes", features used, or purchase events). This data is completely anonymized, aggregated, and used solely to improve application performance and design layout adjustments. It cannot be used to identify you personally.
The App offers an option to remove advertisements ("quitar_anuncios_cafe_2"). All financial transactions and payment processing are handled securely by Google Play Billing. We never see, collect, or store your credit card or financial records. We only receive a secure confirmation token from Google confirming your Premium status.
Since your sticker checklist database is stored locally on your mobile device, the security of your collection data depends directly on your device's security settings. We recommend keeping your operating system updated and protecting your phone with standard access security (PIN, password, or biometrics).
Our App is suitable for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, including children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided any personal information, please contact us, although our system architecture inherently prevents direct data collection.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be made available by posting the new Privacy Policy within this page or upon updating the App in the Google Play Store. You are advised to review this policy periodically for any changes.
